Dosing Chart for Children 2 Months to 2 Years of Age:

6-11 lbs 2-3 mos 1/2 dropper = (0.4 ml)  
12-17 lbs 4-11 mos 1 dropper = (0.8 ml) 1/2 tsp
18-23 lbs 12-23 mos 1-1/2 dropper = (0.8 + 0.4ml) 3/4 tsp
24-35 lbs 2-3 years 2 droppers = (0.8 + 0.8 ml) 1 tsp
