Andy Huss, MD

Andy grew up in Oklahoma, attended Oklahoma State University and graduated there with a degree in Physiology and a minor in Child Development. He then obtained his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma. If you have to ask what his college allegiances are (OSU...DEFINITELY!!), then you don’t know him!

After medical school, he did his pediatric residency at Vanderbilt, where he met his lovely wife Tara (also a pediatrician). They practiced together out of residency in a small town in North Carolina for four years before deciding to come back to Tennessee. Andy has been at Harpeth Pediatrics since 2007. He and Tara have three boys ranging from college-aged to middle school. His free time is used up with jogging, being outdoors with his family, watching the boys' sporting events, and reading.
