Reid Collins, MD
Dr. Reid Collins has been at Harpeth Pediatrics since 2000. Over those years he has loved getting to know such a wonderful and diverse group of families and can't believe some of his earliest patients are now parents themselves (but he's not old...no, no, no). A Nashville native, he attended David Lipscomb (1st - 12th), Vanderbilt University (Biomedical Engineering 89-93 - Go Dores!), then UT Memphis for both med school and residency. While in Memphis, he met his beautiful wife, Merri, who is a pediatrician at Mercy Community Clinic. Reid and Merri have two children, Isaac and Rachel, both proud products of the Grassland schools and Franklin High. Isaac will be a fourth generation Vandy student (class of 2024). The Collins family enjoys traveling, hiking, theater, sports (well, mainly Reid), eating (but only healthy foods like fruits and veggies), binge-watching shows together (of course, always restricting screen time per AAP guidelines), and music, especially any and all things related to The Franklin High School Band!
